We provide free advice and guidance on creating your onsite wellness space. Our programs are free of any type of initiation or cancellation fees, and are comprehensive enough to include activities for all ages and levels of physical shape. Our programs can also be customized to meet your specific needs and preferences. Please contact us for a free proposal. We also offer free introductory classes upon request to familiarize community members with our activities and teachers.
