| Getting Started |
- Contact us
Please contact us with a time that is convenient for you. One of our account managers will call, email or visit you and explain all aspects of our Onsite Wellness Program. We will listen to your needs and ideas and then discuss the best options for your community.
- Receive your Personalized Program Proposal
After the evaluation meeting we will prepare a detailed proposal exclusively created for your community. Proposal will include guidelines for “de-stressing” room setup (if needed), schedule of activities, requirements, costs, maximum number of participants per activity, and some rules that need to be followed in each practice. Once we agree on the perfect program for your community, we will set up a date for classes to begin. We will also specify rates for the program based on your preference (for further information please see Rates).
*A minimum average of participants per activity may be necessary for classes to continue running. If a class doesn’t meet minimum attendance we may conduct a reevaluation of the program in order to promote awareness to a specific class or simply replace it with a more popular activity.
- Presentation to community members
If you wish, we will be meeting your community members during a brief presentation which we use to explain the intricacies of stress and how to deal with it, introduce the program, enumerate its benefits and address any questions that may arise during the presentation. We will also conduct an informal survey to see how many people would be interested in each activity and get a first impression on the popularity of the selected program.
- Monthly passes
Any person willing to enroll in the program will be handed a credit card form (we also accept personal checks and cash). Once you have turned in your payment we will issue a personalized monthly pass and hand it to you on your next class. Please be aware that monthly passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. The lending of the pass to anyone automatically voids the pass and may result in confiscation and loss of privileges without refund. For credit card users, a new authorization form must be completed every month for a new pass to be issued. For your convenience you can authorize recurring monthly charges so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork every month.
