Following our philosophy that every human being is totally capable and should always be looking forward to healing from within, we have combined a group of ancient and modern techniques that allow participants to reach a vantage point from where they can develop healthy bodies and peaceful minds. This is not a one-time remedy but a work in progress that delivers steady and long-lasting results.
- “Stressing Ethics Seminars”
One of our most valuable offerings, these one-hour seminars have been created to remind participants and make them connect with the ethical component that is intrinsic to every human being. Once a person grows as a human being she is able to understand her importance in the general organization chart of a company, thus becoming more productive and aware of her responsibilities. Consequently team building happens in a natural way, internal disputes tend to dwindle, and a healthy environment is created where a company can grow in a wholesome manner.
Seminars are fully interactive and bring a hands-on approach so participants can experience every new lesson instead of just listening to it. The eight-week series includes topics such as “Defusing Self Importance”, “Truthful Communication”, “Team Building from Within” or “The Reactive Mind” among others.
- Breathing
Breathing is the most important activity of a human being and the most easily overlooked. Most of us go through live without even knowing how to breathe properly, totally unaware of the importance and benefits of deep breathing. According to ancient texts, a proper breathing technique can help us heal our body and brings calmness and harmony to our mind and spirit. Shallow breathing impedes full relaxation and contributes to increasing anxiety and stress, which results in shallow breathing, thus creating a vicious circle of unpredictable consequences. Breathing consciously helps us reach deep states of relaxation, calms our mind, and heals our body from the challenges and demands of daily life.
- Meditation
Meditation introduces you to yourself on all levels. Meditating regularly will bring you peace of mind, calmness, better health, and personal and spiritual insights. Beginning with the most basic forms of meditations we will review several modalities taught thousands of years ago. The entire path is a universal remedy for universal problems and has nothing to do with any organized religion or sectarianism.
- Yoga
Dating back over 5,000 years, yoga is the oldest defined practice of self development. The practice of yoga involves stretching the body and forming different poses, while keeping breathing slow and controlled. Yoga keeps the body in shape and trains the mind to be strong and flexible in the face of stress and change. It increases oxygen capacity, boosts blood flow, balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and reduces stress-induced toxins such as adrenaline and cortisol. The effect is a heightened self-awareness and vitality that allows individuals to feel more in control, with enhanced peace of mind, concentration, and a deep inner calm and self-confidence.
- Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is one of the most effective forms of relaxation. It is a state of conscious deep sleep. In meditation, you remain in the waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and go to deep sleep, yet remain awake. Yoga Nidra is a state that is very relaxing, but is also used to purify the deep impressions that are the driving force behind our actions and reactions.
- Stretching
Stretching is a wonderful routine specifically designed for those who spend many hours sitting in front of a computer, are recovering from injuries or have not exercised in a long time. The focus is on those muscles which are barely used throughout the day and tend to cramp and become stiff and sore. Gentle stretches accompanied by coordinated breathing open up rigid areas increasing flexibility, lung capacity and blood circulation.
- Pilates
Pilates is a technique that focuses on increasing flexibility, improving posture and strengthening the overall body, but doesn't build bulk. More than just exercise, pilates involves concentration and the coordination of breath and movement, thereby helping to balance mind and body.
- Xtreme Relaxation
A combination of different techniques, this session has been specifically designed to provide deep and fast relief in times of surmounting pressure and stress. We combine group breathing and meditation with personalized energy work to achieve extreme levels of relaxation. This class is limited to five participants per facilitator.
