Every group has different needs and preferences. Some people prefer strong physical activities while others are more prone to meditative techniques or slow motion practices. Aware of the complexity of human nature, we have assembled a wide menu of disciplines in order to cater to as many possible different tastes and physical conditions. Remember that all our programs can be modified according to your needs and that we help you through the process of creating your own program with full explanations on each discipline and tips on which combinations will render the best results.

We provide services starting with just one event per month (breathing class, relaxation session or de-stressing seminar) to a full program including three or four activities per week.
