Releasing Stress
Our most basic offer is a combination of breathing techniques, meditations, gentle stretching and yoga classes. The goal is to release stress symptoms from both the mental and physical side. Releasing tension, avoiding cramps, increasing awareness and focus, improving mental clarity, and regaining inner peace and self-control are some of the benefits participants may experience with this program

Includes:

  • 1 Meditation, Breathing, and/or Relaxation class per week
  • 1 Gentle Yoga or stretching class per week

Duration: Ongoing (minimum 8 weeks)

Time per session: 45-75 minutes

From: $6 per employee per week (based on 30 employees)

Preventing Stress
A personal practice is the most important part of your day. Being honest with your practice will grant you discipline, power, confidence, balance, and inner peace. With this program we want to give you the opportunity to reap all the benefits of a healthy daily practice. Popular both by itself or as a post-course to our “De-stressing from Within” courses.

Includes:
  • 2 Meditation, Breathing, and/or Relaxation classes per week.
  • 2 Gentle Yoga or stretching classes per week.

Duration: Ongoing (minimum 8 weeks)

Time per session: 45-90 minutes

From: $10 per employee per week (based on 30 employees)

De-stressing from Within
Our stress management course has been carefully planned to take full advantage of the human body’s capabilities for healing, the only solution to achieve permanent results. Our proposition is simple and natural: Develop healthy bodies and peaceful minds through a combination of breathing techniques, stretching postures, and calming meditations that will also boost your nervous and immune systems and help prevent potential illnesses and nervous breakdowns. We round up our program with a series of interactive seminars where we analyze in detail social habits, identify old patterns of behavior, and share with you hands-on solutions that are to become part of your daily routine so you understand what is really happening to you and around you.

Regular Program (16 weeks)
Includes:

  • 32 Meditation, Breathing, and/or Relaxation classes
  • 24 Stretching or Yoga classes.
  • 8 Hands-on stress management/team building seminars

Duration: 16 weeks

Time per session: 60-90 minutes
