For a course on stress management to be effective it has to address the following issues:
- Understanding of stress and the causes that may lead to it
- Awareness on our lifestyle and our role in society
- Simple, concrete solutions for living in balance
- Strengthening of the nervous and immune systems through a program of mental and physical activities
- Relaxation techniques that clear the mind and de-stress the body
- A follow-up program that gives continuity and support to the original course
Inspired by both ancient practices and modern techniques, we have developed a comprehensive program aimed, not only at creating strong nervous and immune systems but also at raising awareness on the causes of our present condition and the meaning of our lives. Our comprehensive approach makes use of:
- Awareness seminars to connect to our inner values and identify stress boosters and destructive patterns and learn how to get rid of them.
- Meditation sessions to clear the mind.
- Breathing techniques and stretching classes to tone and heal the body.
- Deep relaxation techniques to regenerate cells and tissues.
- Yoga classes to bring balance and peace of mind.
The combination of all these techniques creates the ideal scenario for the development of a healthy and balanced life. As participants develop their potential as human beings, they become more aware, responsible, committed and productive, thus helping the company grow in a wholesome manner.
It is important to stress out that our programs are not temporary patch-ups but long-lasting solutions that will remain with you for the rest of your life. They are not do-it-yourself programs either as we believe we need discipline and some guidance when we begin any work on ourselves.
Facilitators
Our facilitators include life coaches, psychotherapists and yoga instructors with years of experience in their respective careers; yoga and stretching classes are led by certified instructors who will adapt the class according to participants’ physical shape and knowledge of the practice.
Physical requirements
Participants must be able to sit on the floor. People with acute back or neck pain or injuries should seek medical attention before beginning any exercise program.
Personal Support
As part of our program we offer a dedicated email support line where participants can share their questions, concerns, doubts and experiences in a personal and confidential manner.
